Description: Once a player character in old VI, Layla comes from a line of mystic and crafty vixens. Her mother made Jeshal's first gauntlet. She and her mother took him in after the incident on the Skullbait where the young Layla took a shine to him. There was always something a little bit wrong with her, seeing the world in strange ways, but despite his disinterest in her as a mate, Jeshal found uses for her. Reconnecting with her on his return to Bully, she accepted a position on his ship, if only for amusement. Having lived a wild life in his absence, she has several children but no partner. Most have sought their fortunes across the world, but a couple live within the Imperium, including one who is the madam of a brothel. Conversing with Layla has been known to leave beasts confused and occasionally bleeding or missing something undefined.
