Minor Release Quality of Life Improvements

I have now introduced Chapters for both arcs and within posts to help people better organize plot arcs and to help break up longer posts/posts with multiple characters into chapters, and made it so that you can now attach your character biography to your avatar. This should make it much easier to navigate around the site and navigate various plot arcs.
