Hello all. I neglected to make an official introduction before I started posting. Oops.
Dryad here. Or Shannon. Whichever. She/they. I joined up with the VI in January of 2004 at the tender age of 15 after someone from Terrouge told me about the place. Apparently I garnered some long-lasting infamy writing Nuori Sken who rose through the ranks to eventually become MinoWar before she was blown up during the Winter War. I have a penchant for killing my characters, it seems.
One of my characters I didn't kill, however, is Sken's son, Caden, who I'll be writing. I'll try not to kill him, but I can't make any promises
I have a few other characters in the works, trying to see how to fit folks into the various happenings in the Imperium these days.
It's good to see other familiar faces back, as well as the new folks interested in being part of this. Amazing how much traction the setting has had over the years. And thanks, @Aiken Brudenell for roping me back in.
As far as meself, I'm in my late 30s now and I've done some globetrotting over the years, started and quit a farm, fell in love, had my heart broken, wrote several novels' worth of co-written fiction just for funsies, am a dedicated dog mom, am a proud auntie, grow lots of food, run in the woods a lot, make art, and frequently ponder the nature of reality and the inevitable heat death of the universe.
