Soul-less and sleepy, Cryle decided that whatever else the ship had to offer could be offered another time. There were a few hammocks hung up already, and she chose a spot where none were, and headed off... that way. It would not end up being her locker, nor her hammock - later she would realize that she wished to be elsewhere (an eternal thing, really.) But for now, after so many late nights, so much wandering Bully Harbor worrying about being a traitor... She needed above all else to turn it all off for a few hours.

While Cryle hung up a hammock, crawled into it, and passed out, Korya bopped around, cheering loudly about galleys and ballast and booing louder about no pools, and then cheering again about swimming in the ocean, boasting about being able to keep up with a ship, pffft, it was only some blankets on big sticks, its not like the ship had a champion swimming medal for going upriver during summer thaw...

And as the ratmaid's nose began to form a tiny bubble and her snoring filled the immediate vicinity, the noises of the rest of the crew faded.

At the Admiral's gesture, Freya relaxed and couldn't help but smile—her usual scowl something a bit more managed in comparison. The dots of her furred brows rose for a moment more at Korya's comment but then it all made sense. A Ship's tour—not all Beasts had her history.

The Vessel had recently been reintroduced to the water and was coming to know her crew. Understandable. She'd come early just to beat the crowds and get her bearings around the BlackShip unbothered—and she was a time tested sailor, at least on smaller craft. As such, she was well acquainted with spaces and places they'd come to be visiting. No need for her to attend and take up more of the precious space they'd be showing off... she was just barely big enough to fit on the ship anyways. Blessed with height, she was...

Letting her eyes track almost nervously over to the large cat of her homeland, Freya struggled to smile once again before raising her voice to the small crowd.

"Ah, mm..." She started, nervously. "Am vell trained in the vays of the zea. If you struggle around zhip, look for Freya; I vill help."

With that, she bowed her head and gestured the group towards the Galley.

After a few seconds of the beasts leaving her behind, she glanced over at the sleeping Cryle, watching her snot-bubble rise with a tiny smile, before settling back into her hammock. She gave the sachet of pouporri a tiny squeeze, breathed deep, and returned to her writing with a sense of hope blossoming in her chest.
