DESCRIPTION:
Boggy is the kind of rat you would expect to find in the Slups. He has a rangy appearance to him, his fur and clothes never quite clean, and he has a general air of never being fully nourished. He carries a knife in his belt, which holds up his loose, torn pants. His gaze is somewhat too pointed, and he has a tic in which he tilts his head and flicks his right ear when he is mentally focused on a particular task or problem.
BIOGRAPHY:
His life has been typical of one born into the most impoverished class in the Harbor. He comes from a large family and learned everything he knows about petty thievery and grifting from his father and older siblings. He has a varied network of connections throughout the Harbor, and is known to many in the Slups as a beast who can get most items, for a fee.
