DESCRIPTION:
A female stoat of somewhat typical proportions, Adelyn has a typically brown-furred coat with a white-furred underside and black-tipped tail. She’s rather thin, and tall, though not enough to be awkward in either respect. She most often dresses casually, at least when out as herself, though there are times when her clothes tend towards dark colors and practical cuts, when she may even wear a cloth mask over her head for stealth and anonymity. On even more rare occasions she may dress fancily – and though rare, she does enjoy such opportunities. She typically carries at least one proper fighting knife on her person, for self-defense at the very least.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Maquistry Cape, her father was the owner of a factory producing crossbows, a business that saw a considerable boom in the years shortly to follow her birth. The civil war, thankfully, never reached her home, though it drew incredibly close, the government doing all it could not to lose the critical city, in many ways a bastion for the Brudenell regime. By the time she was of age to expect any role in the family business, it had already been promised to her brothers. She would have to forge her own path.
Moving to Bully Harbor had been her idea. Ufrey Industries had many competitors within the city, and she had a mind to prove her worth to the company, and to her father, who for the most part paid her little heed. Moreover, time and desperation, for love if not for money, had fostered in her a determination that cared little for the law or her own safety, and so she fell quite willingly into the career of an industrial spy, infiltrating the factories of the competition to pilfer the secrets of their methods and, at times, to uncover other items of interest.
Her family seemed pleased enough for her work. Impressed, even. Still, it wasn’t until she met another wayward stoat in the harbor that she no longer felt so alone.
POSSESSIONS:
Through her family’s many connections from back in the days of the civil war, Adelyn was able to secure possession of an old SDS Corporation safehouse, deep in the city. It serves as her primary home in between her cover identities and other activities. Besides this, she has a stockpile of clothes and weapons, steadily funded by her family.
