PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Donder’s age has surely taken a toll on her body (and she’s only 52!), especially her posture. She sometimes thinks of investing in a walking stick, but it’s not her main priority by any means. She’s a stooped and haggard ferret, but don’t be fooled by her emaciated frame — her grip is still powerful, and no sane beast wants to encounter her in the middle of the street in the dark of the night, especially when she’s drunk and trying to reenact the Battle of Dve Brezí.
Her fur is of a white color, though it used to be silver. Fleas are Donder’s best pals, but she doesn’t seem to really care about their presence.
Donder has a somewhat narrow snout with long vibrissae. Her dark brown eyes are noticeably upturned. Her gaze is said to be… intense, to put it mildly. Donder’s left ear is badly tattered. She claims it’s a war wound, but the truth is unknown.
Donder’s fashion sense is positively ludicrous. She’s usually seen wearing a dark maroon jacket with very impressive shoulder pieces, which is visibly elongated (more space for her medals) and patched in a few places; off-white breeches and black high boots. Donder can’t imagine appearing in public without all of her 164 medals and badges, she’s just too vain to not display them. Her main headgear is a red high-crowned hat decorated with various feathers.
PERSONALITY:
Donder lives up to her pseudonym, as her presence is surely… tumultuous like thunder. Arrogant and overbearing, she firmly believes in her own superiority and enjoys seeing other beasts tremble in fear at the sole mention of her formidable self. Her husband and Isbrand are her only real comrades, the rest are either unimportant or too hostile to be trusted.
Rules mean nothing to her, because she is the law, according to Donder herself. She has rather rigid standards and adheres to them no matter what. Like that, she wants to create at least a semblance of safety and order in her life. Yes, Donder’s still just a vainglorious warbeast, but not a heartless, ruthless one. Those unarmed are spared by her, and she never allows herself to indulge in sadism.
To those she considers to be her friends, Donder is insanely loyal. She may act all gruff, but she genuinely enjoys the company of Bliksem and their boss. Betrayal is the biggest of mortal sins to her, and she can’t stand cowardice, either.
Donder claims that her dream is to die a glorious death, one fit for a combatant of her caliber, with rains of flowers, music and other sorts of splendour at her funeral. However, she’s actually a bit scared of passing away someday, since she wants to accomplish a lot despite not having much time left. The duality of beast…
One can easily annoy Donder in many ways. High impulsiveness and neuroticism are some of her most prominent traits, honestly. She’s a champion in the competitive discipline that is berating her husband (she still loves him). Just don’t act like an utter fool in front of her, and you’ll be safe… mostly.

BIOGRAPHY:
Donder’s biography is by no means fixed and truthful, as she constantly adds new details to the story. The reality isn’t as impressive as the tall tales she loves to tell, but it’s still rather… eventful.
Borislava Dragova was the eldest cub in the family. From the very start, she knew that she was destined for greatness. Her parents were neither wealthy nor impoverished, just your average beasts. Like many cubs from her homeland, Borislava dreamed of a military career. At the age of 17, she joined the army.
Glorious, glorious war… it became the meaning of Borislava’s entire life. She was often starved to the bone, forced to watch settlements burn and countless beasts perish, but she never changed her opinion on the deeds of her compatriots. Enemies were just enemies. And even after the great conquest had ended in her country’s success, Borislava didn’t say goodbye to her blade and retire for good. No, she continued to fight… fight with imaginary foes that were, unfortunately, mostly severely unlucky folk from remote settlements (though some were genuine brigands and outlaws, but that’s a whole another story).
Borislava lied to herself so much that she began to give herself fictitious promotions and honors. And when she finally understood what her achievements truly were, it was already too late. Borislava was not a hero at all, but a cutthroat with delusions of grandeur. After this realization, she promised not to harm any innocent soul in the future. The pompous warrior facade stayed, though.
On one of her… let’s say, adventures, Borislava met a wild young beast named Viggo, who later became the love of her life (she refuses to admit it to this day). The two had a fateful encounter with Isbrand, an eccentric magus, and decided to “serve” him. And to this day, the two fool-beasts continue to support the old sable in his endeavors, reluctantly or otherwise.
