Physical Description
Mostly covered in pale blue scales, with richer blue and black stripes and very deep blue tail. Blue eyes and a small fin on her head. Long claws. She keeps her scales immaculately clean and in great condition as well as her body lean and petite. She wears frilly top blouses, provocative train and bottomwear and head wraps, adorning herself with gems, rings and other jewelry that while pretty is not actually worth much.

History
Izakis was born on a slave ship headed to BH. She never knew who her father was and her mother was in no mental shape to take care of her. She was lucky to be adopted by one of the other enslaved beings, a rabbit named Syida. That is how she ended up surviving and joining living as a daughter of a slave courtesan destined for one of the noblemen within the VI.
Considered not worthy of anything else, she was raised in the same way. He adoptive mother at least tried to shield her from any harm and taught her true kindness by treating her with love. Unfortunately, she was still a child when the revolution brought her live to hell again. At the age of fifteen, Syida went missing and Izakis never knew why. Searching for her, she managed to run away and, mostly by begging, scraped just enough to survive the Revolution period.
Having no money, legal status nor anything else, and being unable to find her mother, Izakis turned to one trade she was initially taught. At first it was borne of desperation but she soon learned it was quitie enjoyable as well. And as she got better and better, she ended up not needing for much. Living quite well thanks to her skills and charm. Especially when the slavery was outlawed, she could apply for legal status and that made her much more confident.
But as she grew older, She started noticing one thing. She enjoyed her life that was filled with hedonism but at the same time... she wasn't really happy with it. Initially she found hapiness in simply sharing her wealth. She was able to get more easily and she found it was healing her own wounds to see those in poverty being given hope.
But with time this too stopped making her happy. She needed a long time to get to the conclusion that she felt as if she was wasting her life. She was indeed having satisfaction and status with her line of work but... after all those years, she wished for something else. She liked what she was doing but it was a physical enjoyment, not fulfillment.
But she wasn't yet ready to drop her only source of income and her only trade she knew. Not when she was still technically homeless and without any other prospects for income. She knew she had to change something. And as scary as change is, she gathered enough confidence to try, step by step, finding herself a new way of living.
